Quality is a written standard, not a promise
Every shipment passes our 32-point AQL 2.5 inspection. Every fabric is OEKO-TEX certified. Every order is photographed and reported before leaving our warehouse.

32-point AQL 2.5 final inspection
AQL 2.5 (Acceptable Quality Limit) is the international apparel inspection standard. For a 1,000-piece order, we sample 80 pieces; for 5,000 pieces, 200 pieces. Major defects must be zero. Minor defects must remain within tolerance.

If we get it wrong, we make it right
Within-tolerance defects: AQL 2.5 allows for limited minor defects in any apparel shipment. We document and disclose them transparently in the QC report.
Major defect found post-shipment: Send photographic evidence within 14 days. If validated, we reproduce the affected pieces at no charge in your next order, or issue a credit note for the disputed value.
Full shipment failure: In the unlikely event a shipment materially fails to meet approved specifications, we reproduce or refund 100%. Our 15-year track record includes fewer than 0.3% of orders requiring any post-shipment remediation.
