Built in Zhejiang. Trusted worldwide.
CrownsForge was founded in 2010 by a team of headwear-industry veterans with one belief: international buyers deserve a Chinese manufacturer who speaks their language — both literally and professionally.

15 years. 800 brands. 40 countries.
What started as a 12-person workshop in 2010 is today a 130-person vertically-integrated facility producing for global streetwear labels, sports leagues, corporate gift programs and promotional resellers in 40+ countries.
Our DNA hasn't changed: we still believe transparent specifications, written quality standards and direct English-speaking communication beat the traditional "trader-between-you-and-the-factory" model every time.
Who runs CrownsForge
Four function leaders coordinate sales engineering, production, quality and compliance. Buyer projects sit with a named project manager from first inquiry through bulk shipment — no traders, no handoffs.
Director of Operations
Founded the company in 2010 after 12 years in Yiwu's custom hat export trade. Specializes in factory operations, retail-buyer compliance and international supplier relationships. Final escalation point for major retail accounts.
Director of Production
Oversees the 6,500 m² production floor — fabric cutting, sewing, 18 multi-head Tajima and SWF embroidery machines, decoration and final assembly. 18 years on the cap manufacturing floor.
Director of Quality Control
Owns the 32-point AQL 2.5 inspection protocol, third-party inspection coordination (SGS, BV, Intertek, QIMA) and compliance audit relationships (BSCI 2.0, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar, WRAP, WCA).
Head of Sales Engineering
Leads the English-speaking sales engineering team. Project managers respond to inquiries within 12 hours and shepherd buyers through tech-pack, sampling, bulk production and shipping.
Leadership names withheld for personal-privacy reasons; replaced by role titles. Direct contact runs through the assigned project manager.
How we work
Specification Over Conversation
We document everything. Tech-packs, color references, stitch counts. Written specs prevent the disputes that destroy supplier relationships.
Transparent Pricing
Itemized quotations show fabric, decoration, packaging and freight separately. You see what you are paying for, no hidden markups.
Direct Communication
English-speaking project managers, not traders. Reach your PM by email, WhatsApp or scheduled video call.
Quality First
32-point AQL 2.5 inspection. Full photo QC report. Open to your third-party inspector. No exceptions.
Long-Term Partnerships
72% of our customers reorder within 12 months. We optimize for the next 5 years, not the next invoice.
Continuous Investment
2 new embroidery machines added each year. We reinvest 18% of profit into machinery, training and sustainability.

One roof. Full traceability.
Our 6,500 m² Yiwu facility combines fabric storage, cutting, embroidery, sewing, QC and packaging in a single operational footprint. No subcontracting means no quality drift, no lost time between vendors, and complete production transparency.
